Business Health Check

First we meet with team members individually, collect lots of data, and output a diagnostic. This provides immediate value have an external appraisal of your business model, team and performance. This includes:
  • Review current strategy
  • Review business plans (growth, capacity, hiring, funding)
  • Review market intelligence
  • Review customer data
  • Review financials and fully report on profit, cashflow, performance and how growth will be funded
  • Review organisation (roles/structure)
  • Review management practices: meetings, KPIs, tracking & reporting
  • Report back on all of the above

Set a course for growth

Next we set a course for growth. Depending on the size of your senior team and how developed your strategy is, this is between 1 and 2 full days. We:
  • Review the previous quarter,
  • Set priorities for the coming quarter
  • and plan those priorities.

Additionally if you don't have any of the following we'll create these too:

  • Annual & 3 year plan
  • Strategic foundation (e.g. values & purpose)

Manage Performance

Mid quarter we performance manage against the set priorities. We do this through monthly SPRINT calls with the priority holders to. Review progress, plans and problems. The goal is to ensure priorities stay on track, that issues are resolved as a team and that targets are met.

Continuous improvement

Finally we work to continuously improve the business and its people. This is through a combination of workshops, trainings and executive coaching for key leaders. Typically:
  1. Monthly 1-to-1 executive coaching for key execs.
  2. 60-90 minute workshops on key topics where the team needs development.
